Why so bespoke?

You might notice that I don’t have any ‘off the shelf’ packages like, 5 Steps to Psychological Safety in Your Team, or 6 Research Steps to Success! (Listicle and Capitals and Exclamation!). There are two reasons for that.

First off, while there are similarities between clients, I believe the best service response is tailored to you. So instead of pitching you a standard solution, I’d rather meet you, understand your needs, and then deliver something that’s customised and fits you really well.

Second, at one point I was a Sociology lecturer with 100+ students in my class, and I had to deliver the same tutorial five times. It did my head in, and I vowed never to say the same thing, over and over. So bespoke works best for you and for me!
